At MAC, we believe every event tells a story — and Grace Fuller knows exactly how to write the script.

A graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of Dayton, Grace brings both brains and passion to the production floor. With a degree in Communication Management, a minor in Marketing, and a resume built on hospitality industry experience, she’s no stranger to packed agendas, split-second decisions, and the kind of behind-the-scenes choreography that turns “just another meeting” into something unforgettable.

Grace doesn’t just manage events — she curates experiences. From the spark of an idea to the last chair packed up, she’s fluent in every chapter of the event lifecycle. Vendor wrangling? Logistics mastery? Vision alignment? Check, check, check. When the pressure’s on, Grace is in her element — calm, organized, and five steps ahead of the run-of-show.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Grace first learned how to lead on the soccer field — traveling from city to city, discovering new restaurants and cultures with every tournament. That same passion for exploration now fuels her love for event planning. Travel isn’t just a perk of the job for Grace — it’s a lifelong dream come true.

Her next goal? Earning her CMP and joining the ranks of Certified Meeting Planners. And trust us — she’s well on her way.

Outside the ballroom or boardroom, you’ll find Grace hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, or breaking a sweat in the gym — proving that the energy she brings to events doesn’t end at 5 p.m.

So, when you see a MAC event run like clockwork with a little extra sparkle — chances are, Grace had something to do with it.
