In 1971, Michael (Mike) A. Claypool started MAC. Beginning as an exposition decorating company, MAC soon became an audio visual service and rental company. MAC still provides AV services and has expanded into live event production — specializing in sound, video, lighting, staging, meetings and conferences.
MAC Productions is an industry professional specializing in lighting, sound, video, event management, exhibition services and post-production services.

Beginning in 1971—with the unconditional support of his father in the early years, the unwavering commitment of his wife for more than four decades, and the instrumental contributions, throughout, of many “Great People” as he calls them—Mike Claypool built a nationally respected, multifaceted, event-support company called MAC Productions.
